Don't we all want to have hair like this...
aaaah....
The confirming friend surely does.

I've used to have so much hair, my sister went crazy when she wanted to do my hair...
It was long, curly and thick.
By the age of seventeen, it started to fall out. I colored it black several times, I started to diet, I started to party... a lot... haha and I took the pill.... so many things could have caused it...
My boss in Paris used to say I had only 3 hairs on my head... which was almost true...
To this day, my hair still didn't recover completely... Although it's getting better! Read my tips for more and better hair.

What causes hair loss? (www.womenshealth.org)
Hormonal changes
Stress
emotional trauma
Stresses placed on the body may also cause a woman's hair to jump ship. For example, crash dieting
Thinning hair or hair loss can be a sign of a problem in the gastrointestinal tract. It could be a sign of insufficient stomach acids.

What can cure hair loss: (www.holisticonline.com)
A wholesome diet, rich in silica, calcium and iron, will help reduce or prevent hair loss.
Green, leafy vegetables, especially sea vegetables, are good mineral sources.
Raw oats provide silica.
Dried fruits and cherry juice are rich sources of iron.
It could also mean a deficiency of protein, zinc and other nutrients.
Eat plenty of iron-rich foods, like liver - VOMIT VOMIT :( - and other organ meat, whole grain cereals, dark green leafy vegetables, eggs, dates, and raisins
Soy protein: tofu, soymilk, low-fat cheese, eggs, fish, beans, brewer's yeast and yogurt
Vitamin C: fruits and vegetables
Vitamin E: avocados, nuts, seeds, and olive oil
Another important nutrient for hair health is SILICA: (http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Rudy_Silva)
Silica works by stimulating your cell metabolism and formation, which slows the aging process.
Foods that are rich in silica are rice, oats, lettuce, parsnips, asparagus, onion, strawberry, cabbage, cucumber, leek, sunflower seeds, celery, rhubarb, cauliflower, and swiss chard.

WHAT CAN CURE HAIR LOSS FOR MEN
For men, balding process can be slowed down by taking a low-fat diet.
high-fat, meat-based diet raises testosterone levels, and that may adversely affect hair follicles
